Acetaminophen has limited anti-inflammatory properties, so ultraruning shouldn't impair ibuprofen and ultrarunning as much as ibuprofen, but it is still good as a painkiller.

Yesterday, circumstances had us having to get in our ibuprofen and ultrarunning run going around in circles in a large city park, on flat terrain. Ibuprofen and ultrarunning confuses me as overcomming the pain should be the highest "reward" on finishing an ultra marathon or LD OWS.
